The full moon crests at 11:38 am PDT on July 13th and moves Void of Course at 9:17 pm PDT the same day. Moon moves into Aquarius on Thursday July 14th at
1:13 am PDT and stays in Aquarius until Friday July 15th when the moon moves VOC again at 9:35 pm PDT until Saturday July 16th at 1:18 am PDT when the moon moves in the Pisces.

This Full Moon is in Capricorn at 22 degrees invites you to focus on what needs to be released to engage and align with your goals. Other Astro configurations support you letting go some deeper emotions. Allow them to rise up, acknowledge and let go. This is a great opportunity to simply acknowledge and release all the while being kind to your self and exercising healthy boundaries for your self. I invite you to stay out of the 'story' and maybe look for the lessons from the "fill in the blank" and cheer yourself on by observing how much you have grown. This is a time to heal, sit with yourself and be present with your self allowing the old pain, trauma and heartache space for healing. Acknowledge and release. Heal thyself. Give yourself love and compassion. Imagine Divine light filling your heart space and simply dissolving what is no longer of service to you. If deeper work is needed, then honor yourself by following through to go deeper.

What needs to be cleared so you can truly align your inner world with your outer world. Allow what ever is coming up to be released. Time to SURRENDER to the Universe, it has a plan, sometimes we will feel uncomfortable in the plan, allow that to be OK!

Emotions can run high at the full moon and will push the energies to a more intensified space. Pay attention to what emotions are being triggered, observe and choose to let go. Do your best to steer clear of drama, stay heart centered. For many FEAR (False Evidence Appearing Real) seems to be on the rise. Pause, breath, choose peace, reset your mind and heart, take a deep breathe and re focus. Choose PEACE of mind and surrender anything that may come up. Doing so is a blessing to your self.

Breathe, go with the flow, let go... Be flexible!

Take time to take a time out. Relax, go within, whisper sweet nothings or somethings to your self that encourage you to take action.

Follow your heart - take time to meditation and allow more light to flow within, allow this light to guide your path.

Be PEACE, accept Peace in your heart and allow the illumination from above to cascade down upon you and into every cell of your being. Give yourself permission to be peace. Every cell of your being is worthy of YOUR Divine grace and peace. Observe what in your life is no longer needed. Take time to let go of what is no longer serving you, so that you can level up in life and move forward during this powerful time of change and transformation.

Cleanse your space by clearing clutter, burning some sage or light a candle and ask your guides to come into your home or space and collect all old patterns or energies and release them to the Violet Blue Flame.

Observe all area's of your life, focusing on the physical, mental, and emotional elements. Make time to nurture and be gentle with your self. RELEASE RELEASE RELEASE!

Nurture yourself through any emotional stories and shift them to create the space needed to create your dreams! Meditate and bring your body, mind and heart what it needs or call forth asking for the support of your Angels and Guides.

This is the perfect time to focus on what needs to be released in order to lovingly care for yourself and open your heart center wider than ever before. Ask your inner self for guidance on what you are truly ready to release to allow more love to fill your heart, body and mind.

Take time between now and the full moon to list out those old stories, thoughts, emotions or patterns and prepare to release them with the full moon energy.

Creating space for more magic to flow into your life! Push past the "yeah butts" and voices in your head or the shoulda, coulda, woulda's. Take action in moving forward, baby steps work too! Move forward by embracing what is yours by Divine Right! Then, allow yourself to to just BE and simply LET GO. Allow your mind and heart a rest. Connect with nature, spend time bonding with Mother Earth.

Use the times listed to burn, tear up and flush down the toilet or shred to let go of the energy or any attachments you may have had to the outcome of what you were wanting. If you have access to a bon fire, fabulous! If not, you can use a candle, perhaps over the toilet so any ash is caught in the water. If burning is not an option, tear up the check with the intention you are fully giving this to the Universe, and flushing it down the toilet or bury it in Mother Earth outside or in a pot of dirt to be moved outside at a later time. . Or simple shred the check. It's really about letting it go, getting out of the HOW and allowing the Universe to Handle the Details!

When we are so focused on what we want and are having perhaps a little stinking thinking, we can think ourselves up on manifesting our hearts desires.

For instance, we want more money, yet we speak and feel all the ways we don't have it in our lives. We may use phrases like "I can't afford it". YEEPS think about the energy of that statement! It creates a level of resistance to money.

My invitation is for you to move into a place of Gratitude for all the money you do have (even if it is the change in your pocket) or for any money that comes to you. Even the penny you find on the ground, blessed and express Gratitude for it.

It's not your fault, this is what we many of us were taught growing up. (Stinking Thinking) There is so much energy around the "M" word. Perhaps a new phrase could be, "not now", this has a completely different energy to it compared to I can't afford it.

You have the power to choose your thoughts! When you catch yourself thinking or saying something that is not in alignment with what you are wanting, CHANGE it...
